SmallBisons services are provided and contracted with Keepwish Corporation, C.A., a company governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, domiciled in Los Teques, Miranda, Venezuela, CP 1210, which is the owner, creator, developer, and designer of the website SmallBisons.com, hereinafter referred to as “SmallBisons,” “we,” “us,” “our,” “website,” or “site.” Any person who accesses the SmallBisons website, creates a user account, makes top-ups for the purchase of subscriptions, capacity packages, and designed projects, or in general any action they perform within the site, will be referred to hereinafter as "user," "users," "you," or "the users."

All content, projects, designs, templates, publications, images, videos, audio, infographics, fonts, tutorials, pages, texts, and others, as well as paid and free services, source code, and software available on SmallBisons, are subject to copyright and intellectual property rights, owned by Corporación Keepwish, C.A. Under no circumstances may rights be transferred or assigned, nor may the website be reproduced, published in whole or in part, processed, distributed, disseminated, modified, or transformed without our prior written consent. Furthermore, all content appearing on the site, whose copyright and intellectual property rights belong to a third party, will be identified accordingly.

5. Terms of Service:
Platform Registration and Use: Anyone wishing to enjoy the service must fill out a form indicating their name, username, password, and email address, which must be validated to use the platform. They must also indicate the source from which they received the information on the website. By logging in for free, you will have limited access to all tools and sections within the platform.
Payments and Subscriptions: To enjoy all the benefits of the platform, the user must top up their balance by bank transfer or national mobile payment through Banesco Banco Universal, C.A., MoneyGram, Airtm, Zinli, PayPal, or any other payment method we deem appropriate. Once the payment is made, they must report it along with proof of payment. Once the transaction is confirmed and approved, the corresponding balance will be reflected in their user account. This way, they will be able to access the purchase of subscription packages, purchase projects, and purchase capacity packages (project spaces). The user must be aware that when using PayPal as a payment method, they will be subject to paying any fees required to obtain the requested top-up amount.
Refunds: Under no circumstances do we offer refunds for additional balances at the time of top-up.
Account Suspension and Termination: The account will be suspended upon detection of a violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use, privacy policies, legal notice, as well as attacks, spam, or any other violation that harms the proper functioning of the website.

9. Dispute Resolution:
The parties agree to attempt to resolve in good faith any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service through direct negotiations. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, they will submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Caracas Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration will be conducted in Caracas, and the language of the arbitration will be Spanish. The arbitration award will be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced as a court judgment. All Communications and materials related to the arbitration process will be confidential.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Caracas, Capital District.
11. Modification of the Legal Notice: Any modifications deemed necessary may be made to this legal notice, as well as to the content and services provided on the website. As applicable, users will be informed of the modifications to be made via the email address provided, as well as through notifications at the start of the session. Once the corresponding modifications are made, they will also be notified by the same means mentioned above.
