All templates and designs you create within your SmallBisons account are private; only you have access to them, unless you share your login credentials with someone else. Designs created by users are the property of their respective authors. However, by designing on the platform, the user grants Corporación Keepwish, C.A. a royalty-free, sublicensable license to display, host, copy, store, and use the content strictly necessary to provide the service. The sale of designs created by users outside the platform, or their disclosure in whole or in part, without SmallBisons' authorization, is prohibited.
5. Confidentiality of Information:
The data and information provided by users will only be used within our system in the ways established in these policies and the Terms of Service. Without prejudice to this, the user expressly agrees to the transfer of all or part of the information to any of our controlled and/or affiliated companies, for any purpose and at the time, in the manner, and under the conditions it deems appropriate. We have updated Version 1.0 to Version 2.0. Designs created and downloaded in previous versions of the platform are incompatible with the current version. Users will only be able to recover projects created from scratch within the platform and that are in their account at the time of the update. The migration of these projects will be carried out gradually, within a maximum period of 15 business days from the date this policy is implemented.
